I am a young adult who studies medicine and just loves life, just as it is. And that’s why I’ve written a book about this phenomenon! I also battles against/with a rare neurological disease. This has made me live my daily life in a wheelchair or in a scooter. My real battle is to show how this should mean nothing when you want to do something and you can’t because people and places are not ready for someone in these kind of situation. I’ve never stopped doing something because of this. It can be difficult, but it’s worth it. I go to night clubs, I travel, I go to the theatre, I spend time with my friends, I go to the beach and lots of other stuff. I believe that it’s in this various occasions that you make the difference and feel that you’re changing part of our world.
